A swimming pool and spa inspection is essential when purchasing a home. Your pool and spa can account for up to 30% of your homes value.

While pool inspections from general home inspectors are adequate, they are not nearly as detailed as a PIP inspection report.

There are tons of pool professionals out there. There are pool professionals that understand service and equipment and the there are others that understand construction, but rarely one's that have knowledge of both like the PIP team. Additional costs can be derived from pool equipment failures but construction flaws tend to be the more costly expenditures.​

Some pool inspectors may refer out complex issues but this will not be necessary through PIP.
